BCL Workplace Intelligence (hereafter "BCL") is an operating name and trademark owned by Brian Cahill,  the sole proprietor of an HR consulting firm. Brian Cahill is a licensed paralegal (P1 License) under the Law Society of Ontario, a licensed Private Investigator, a Notary Public appointed by the Attorney General of Ontario, and professional member of Human Resources Professional Association, acting under Ontario legislation, Registered Human Resources Professionals Act, 2013

Access to this website is subject to these Terms of Use (“Terms”) and the accompanying Privacy Policy. By using this website and the services offered, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and any future amendments. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of this website.

  • “Agreement” refers to these Terms of Use, Service & Disclaimers.

BCL provides legal and professional HR consulting services duly authorized under Ontario law. All professional services are rendered exclusively under a pre-determined fee and a duly executed written agreement.

Conversations or communications (e.g., phone, email, or in-person) preceding such agreements do not constitute professional advice. Users relying on such communications without a formal agreement assume all associated risks.


4. ELIGIBILITY

To use this website or services, you must:

9. GOVERNING LAW & FORUM FOR DISPUTE

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Disputes must be resolved through mediation in Toronto, Ontario. If unresolved, the unsuccessful party is responsible for covering reasonable legal costs.

  

10. DISCLAIMER OF RELATIONSHIPS

Accessing or communicating via this website does not establish a paralegal-client or any other professional relationship with BCL. Such relationships are only formed upon mutual agreement and confirmation in writing.

Do not disclose sensitive information unless instructed to do so after BCL has conducted its own conflict-of-interest check.

  

11. FORCE MAJEURE

BCL is not liable for any delay or failure caused by events beyond its control, including acts of God, war, labor disputes, or technical failures.

  

12. SEVERABILITY

If any part of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
