Shawn Cahill, MIR is the President of BCL Workplace Intelligence Inc. He supports employers and leadership teams through sensitive, credibility-driven workplace matters by applying process discipline, clear documentation standards, and pragmatic communication planning.

- Documentation standards and corrective action planning
- Complaint-handling and misconduct response support
- Accommodation process support and return-to-work breakdowns
